Modern Growth Guide offers a free tier and paid membership tier (“Founder's Circle”). Memberships are available on a monthly or annual subscription basis through our third-party payment processor, Stripe.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.

We reserve the right to deny, suspend, or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

2. Payments, Billing, and Cancellations

2.1 Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s applicable terms and conditions.

2.2 No Refunds
We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, prorated cancellations, or free trials.
 
You may cancel your membership at any time, but cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

2.3 Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
You must notify us immediately at admin@growthdirective.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. User-Generated Content

4.1 Content You Upload

• Posts
• Files
• Messages

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content. You retain ownership of your content.

4.2 Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload, post, or share content that violates our community guidelines, including but not limited to:

• Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content
• Illegal content
• Spam, self-promotion, or commercial solicitation unless explicitly allowed
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights

We may remove any content that violates these Terms or guidelines without notice.

5. Community Standards

You may not reproduce, share, distribute, or republish our content without express written permission.

6.2 Limited User License
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use materials inside the Platform for your own business or personal use.

Any unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

We do not guarantee:

8. Termination and Removal of Access
